3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for one-time course purchases or until the first module is completed, whichever comes first.
- Users who complete the first module for free before purchasing are not eligible for a refund.
3.2 Refund Process
- To request a refund, users must contact info@catena.mba within the refund period.
- Refunds are processed via PayPal and may take up to 10 business days.
- Chargeback abuse: Users who initiate chargebacks without contacting Catena MBA first may be banned from future purchases.
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security
- Users must provide accurate and complete registration details.
- Users are responsible for securing their login credentials (e.g., Thinkific accounts).
- We are not liable for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
4.2 Account Termination
Catena MBA reserves the right to terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of:

- Suspicious or fraudulent activity (e.g., unauthorized sharing of course content).
- Abuse, harassment, or disruptive behavior in any community or course-related platform.

- Purchase of a course does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.
