You accept these Terms, as a legally binding agreement, by using our services and/ or gaining access to them and/ or consuming any of our courses. Please refrain from using our services and/or courses if you disagree with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use our services and/or courses and do not access, visit and/or browse our website.

 

  1. Courses

 

1.1 Compensation: A one-time payment is needed in order to access and purchase our services, digital downloads and courses. You consent to be bound by these Terms by using our services. By paying for our services/ courses, you also consent to all parts of these Terms.

 

1.2 Authorized Usage: You are the only party capable of utilizing the course material that we provide. It is completely forbidden to redistribute or resell the course material for commercial purposes, or any part of a course, without first obtaining explicit written permission from us. You are also strictly prohibited from using any course material provided by us for any unlawful or unethical purposes as well as for any purposes that may damage or impair our services.

 

1.3 Accuracy of Data and Courses: We make every effort to assure the accuracy of the data and course material we offer, but we cannot guarantee that it is accurate or complete. Prior to implementing any choices predicated on the information supplied, users are recommended to independently verify the course material and use them at their own sole and absolute right. Therefore, you explicitly and irrevocably hereby agree and understand that we cannot be held liable or responsible, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any inaccuracies or errors associated with any of our course material.

 

  1. Refund Policy

 

2.1 Our refund policy guarantees a fourteen (14) day refund period for one-time purchases, or until the first course module is finished, whichever comes first. We allow you the option to test out each course's first module for free before making a purchase to help you make an informed choice. Please be aware, though, that you will not be qualified for the 14-day refund if you have previously finished the first module for free before buying the entire course.

3.1 Ownership: We and/or our licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights, which includes but is not restricted to, copyrights and trademarks, pertaining to the information and services supplied.

 

3.2 Utilization of Intellectual Property: Users may use the courses and services offered by us only for internal business or personal needs. This limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license is given to users. Correspondingly, you agree that you must not copy, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, redistribute, reverse engineer and/or republish course material provided by us. We are the sole and exclusive owners of the courses and the courses are considered as our sole property.

Therefore, you understand that we will not be liable to you or any other third parties for any wrong or inaccurate information provided by us. 

 

4.2 Limitation of Liability: We disclaim all liability for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, resulting from or related in any manner to the use of our services or inability to utilize them. It is further understood by you that we are not responsible for any third party links shown on our website and it is solely a third party link. If you wish to access third party websites that may be featured anywhere on our website, you are doing so at your own sole and exclusive risk. Their content is not audited by us, in any way, shape or form. You further agree, acknowledge and recognize that you must indemnify and hold harmless Catena MBA and its affiliates, subsidiaries, staff, executives, managers, employees, directors, among other things, against any third party claims and/or damages suffered by Catena MBA as a result of any actions or inactions by you or by your violation of these Terms.

5.1 Jurisdiction: Without respect to its conflict of law provisions, the laws of the Cayman Islands will apply and be interpreted in line with these Terms.

6.1 Modifications to the Terms: Catena MBA may revise or update these Terms at any point in time. Any such modifications will take effect right away after being announced on our website and sent to subscribers.

 

6.2 Continued Use: Should any modifications to these Terms be posted, your continuing use of our services and/or courses will be deemed your acceptance of those amendments.

 

  1. Termination

 

7.1 Termination of Services: At any point, for any reason, and without prior warning, Catena MBA has the right to stop or cancel access to our services.

8.1 With regard to the subject matter hereof, these Terms represent the whole agreement between Catena MBA and you, superseding any prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements and understandings.

 

  1. Force Majeure

 

9.1 Catena MBA will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, natural disasters and adverse weather events, or government regulations.

10.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that section will be deemed severable and will not affect the remaining terms' legality or enforceability.
